MASKS ARE FALLING

Life is something that does not care about titles or ranks. All heads roll. So it does not matter who you are in society. Whether you are the president, celebrity, or just any other ordinary person. Life does not care about these things. However, life cares about being life. Being life means occurring as it should. And exposing issues or weaknesses. About people or things that might not have been seen as problems in the beginning. Life has one goal. To bring up new things that never existed or even existed but were ignored. Problems might have been subtle in the beginning with no visible risks. But the...

Don’t Know the Cost

Tall glorious buildings do not just happen. People work hard to design and build them. One magnificent design takes years in the making. And when it eventually starts glowing and revealing its character. We all marvel at its beauty. Its attractiveness and stature. The face value alone begins to draw attention. And suddenly, people are taking pictures. And almost everyone in the town is discussing the same thing. The finesse of the tall building. And perhaps how the tall building is inspiring upcoming and even established architects. People will always associate themselves with good things. The association is mainly based on how a good thing makes people feel. The good feelings from the building might stir designers to think. To innovate or even awaken their dying construction ambitions. That is what exciting stuff do to people.

They ignite a fire, which make people take a certain action. The gorgeous tall building becomes a rallying call. And helps to stir many new good things. In the near future, there will be many taller buildings in a town. A sleepy community is brought to live by a small group of dedicated people. People that had a dream. And worked on their vision no matter how difficult circumstances appeared. No one knows what the man or woman behind the tall building went through. People just saw a lovely architecture and begun having fun with it. They saw the surface value. However, the real value was the making of the attractive building. A lot of money went into it. People spent long nights. Some sleepless nights too. The team behind the tall building sacrificed a lot of things. Things that people who love and appreciate the overall appearance will never know.

A passerby will never know the cost of a good thing. And so are the people who don’t know how to create something out of nothing. People who do not know the cost of starting something can easily destroy a good thing. They can quickly destroy because they don’t know the cost. They have never felt the impact of the cost. They don’t know how people who bear the cost feel. They don’t know the weight of the labor. They don’t understand the type of mentality someone needs to build a tall building. People who don’t know the cost also don’t understand that success is painful. Creating things out of nothing is not every man’s game. Someone has to be the right person. Someone has to think right. Tall buildings are only created by people who have the right mental posture. People who know how to handle pressure. You have to be an adult to build and sustain a tall building.

Yet, people who are motivated by rage and ignorance want to destroy good things. That destruction can be quick. It can take them hours or even minutes to destroy something that took years and tears to build. When the mood is influenced by ignorance and malice. People destroying don’t care. They don’t care about the cost or the beneficiaries of the tall building. Foolish people only care about breaking down. They never stop to think because they are blinded by rage. And anger validates their action. It tells them that it is the right thing to do even when destroying a tall building means collapsing the economy of an area. Robbing people of their incomes. And getting families that depended on the tall building in uncertain economic circumstances. When ignorant people destroy. They never think about these important realities.

People who don’t know the cost never think of the consequences of destroying something. They just destroy to justify their misdirected energies. They destroy to send a message while also hurting other people. They hurt people who had nothing to do with their rage. They destroy stability and peace in families. All because of ignorance. The issues that brought anger had many other alternatives. However, despite all those alternatives. They chose to destroy. And in their ignorant minds.  They think that everything will remain the same. That there will be no consequences because they acted in mobs. Because fools think, a tall building also took hours or minutes to get constructed. People who don’t know what it takes. Think that everything is simple. Simple like waking up one morning and destroying joy and progress.

Mistake

Don’t make this mistake. Don’t destroy that which you did not create. Don’t allow some form of ignorance to influence your action. Ignorance is a liability. It will cost you. Think through things. The mere fact that everyone else is doing it does not mean you also do it. The first person that thought destruction has his or her own motives. Don’t allow herd mentality to drive you to crime. Behaviors of this nature will change your life. Every damage has repercussions. Let no one convince you into thinking that things will remain the same after ruin. They will not. A tall building incurred cost. You will also bear the costs of destruction whether you acted alone or in a group. That is just life and its rules. It does not matter whether you will pay now or later. Every action has consequences. Don’t carry a fool’s head around.

Don’t allow the excitement and fanfare of a crime scene deceive you. Ignorance, rage, and mass thinking are not defenses. They are distraction and blind spots. Rage is poison so is ignorance. Use your common sense. Walk away from things you don’t understand. You don’t understand the sacrifice that went into building a good-looking tall building. So don’t destroy because you don’t know the cost. The process that initiated the tall building was not a one-day affair. The process did not take a day or an hour. It took years of consistent and deliberate savings. People behind the scene endured a lot. A lot that you cannot withstand. Don’t be cheated by motivations of anger or envy. Leave other people’s property alone. Don’t destroy a thriving economy due to ignorance. Many lives depend on that economy including yours. If only you had taken time to think. You would not have engaged in such an erroneous activity.

One problem is not solved by creating another problem. There are many things that anger people every day. And those people do not destroy things. Every problem has a best solution. People only have to be willing to find solutions. Going the long-term route is the best way to solve a chronic problem. Your rage also has a solution. But you chose to act when your emotions were all over. You made a mistake. Some mistakes will cost you a lot of things. Don’t become the ignorant person that just follows. Be a reasonable normal human being. Think before action. Life has no easy things. Men and women work hard. Everything you see whether good or bad took an effort. An effort that you don’t know how to make. If you are angry about something, find the right solutions for your anger. And destruction is not a solution.
