THINK MORE THAN A HUMAN PLAN

CULTIVATING GROWTH MINDSET An excited beautiful woman mapping out more than a human plan /Photo Courtesy /Kindel Media A Human Plan A human plan is limited. It imagines current and future needs of a person or an organization Within specific defined confines. An organization only carries out specific tasks based on the current available resources. A human only plans for a specific period of time. A human being is limited in terms of both money and time. A human resource department only anticipates the current and future training. And hiring needs of an organization based on the current budget. A human plan must be planned by a human being. Someone who is willing to create time and resources. A human plan requires a visionary. A human plan requires people who are willing to implement it. Without people, resources, and tools. A human plan might not make sense. It is always limited in a way. Because it is based on the limitations, boldness, or fears of a person. That is what a hu...

Listen

I have got leadership skills. I know how to sit on my leadership chair. I take charge and offer direction. And while in that leadership role too. I solve a lot of problems. Complex problems for that matter. Problems that most of my older siblings cannot solve. Chronic problems that have gone without solutions for several years. Eventually find solutions under my leadership. They find solutions not because I saw them. They find solutions because I am a thinking leader. I am present in issues that matter. I look at those issues direct in their eyes. I employ this tactic to see how they escaped the eyes of previous leaders. Then I see blind spots. Lack of commitment. And pure lack of leadership. Chronic problems accumulate because no one steps up. People jostle for positions. They want big titles and fancy offices.

And maybe, the bragging rights of those positions. However, they don’t have a vision. They don’t know what exactly a person with the title they hold is supposed to do. So they cannot direct or instruct. They cannot lead because they do not know how to lead. They did not learn how to lead first. They just heard of the positions and thought they could fill those positions. And they did fill. However, they did not do the work. That was the problem. Leadership is not in titles. Real leadership is in actions. A real leader knows how to fix real issues that affect real people. And there are a lot of problems amongst real people. You only need to listen. And if you make your leadership desk a listening one. You will end up with a lot of real genuine problems. Problems that affect real people that need solutions. This is what a leader needs to focus on. Not the title and its benefits.

This is what I learned. I learned to be a leader. And I was also born a leader. I discovered the second part in my teen years. So you can learn very quickly that I am really experienced as a leader. I listen and solve. I see and fix as I walk around my leadership desk. I have kept the same desk for years. It is basic. And I love it that way. I spent a lot of time at my desk. At one point, my then three-year-old niece reported me to her kindergarten teacher. You can imagine what she told the teacher. But that is my dedication. I genuinely care about things that matter. If it is a problem. I am interested in finding a solution. I only solve real problems. And cast out issues presented by lazy people. I have seen people who don’t want to fix their problems. They want to sit around and wait. But I am not the kind of leader who pleases.

If you become lazy. You will deal with consequences of laziness. My experience has taught me what needs to be solved and what does not. One of the most important gifts a leader needs to possess, is wisdom. I have that too. And that is why I don’t play some games. I focus my energy where it is needed most. Once the problem is solved. I move on to the next urgent matter. I don’t tarry around to see whether my solutions will bear fruits or not. Whether there are fruits at all, people whom the solution was offered will decide. That is how progress is attained. People with the real problems must choose progress. Once a solution has been offered. They should choose empowerment not babysitting. I don’t babysit. I match problems with the right solutions. Relevant people only need to pay attention. My solutions are meant for growth. To achieve that growth, people must roll their sleeves and get to work.

Chase Enemies Away

After listening to genuine problems. My next stop is to identify obstacles. I don’t just solve problems. I execute my most important duty on my leadership. Chase enemies away. An enemy destroys progress. Enemies want to keep people stagnant. I cannot allow that to happen. Life is a journey. And you have to walk it. And if you allow adversaries to stand in the way. You will not start or even finish the journey. That is why I don’t entertain foolish games. An enemy has to get out of my way. That is what my laser-focused eyes are for. To see all types of problems. And solve each one of them. And driving enemies away is my top priority. Little foxes should not destroy a vineyard that is about to blossom. I work hard to keep a prosperous estate.  And the antidevelopment energy from an enemy is not needed. There is everything bad in that energy. And it is my duty as a leader to know that. It is also my responsibility as a leader to clear the path off obstacles.

You don’t make progress with threats glaring at you in very corner. I don’t play quest games. So I don’t entertain things that are meant to harm. All things that are identified as threats or enemies must get out of the way. Completely out of the way. I don’t let them get comfortable. They don’t multiply under my watch. They get obliterated absolutely. I don’t play hide and seek with threats. Threats are threats. See them as such. And stop flirting with them. Enemies come with a mission. They come to steal and destroy. They will level your ground if you allow them. And I am not the type that waste resources. Every penny must be accounted for. So an enemy will not steal in my land. Not under my watch. I don’t work hard for nothing. Therefore, anything and everything that smells destruction must get out of the way. And I know how to get bad things out of the way.

I saw those bad things in my own life. And chased them away. I was busy planting my garden. I had a clear picture in my mind of how I wanted my garden to appear. And I embarked on getting the picture in mind to reality. It was working. The garden started to flourish. And it quickly became an in-season project. It never missed fruits. All types of plants in that garden were all productive. They produced without delay. Then suddenly, an enemy noticed. And started moving closer to my high-yield in-season garden. The enemy started intruding when he thought. I had looked the other way. And got comfortable at stealing. And when he had stolen enough. An enemy moved to the next agenda. To destroy a successful garden full of fruits. But how could an enemy destroy without my notice? Nobody steals from me.

So when you talk about my leadership. Talk about me finding enemies and chasing them away. You talk about the level of protection and the leadership I offer. I don’t enjoy being stolen from. Nor do I let an enemy make my ground his footstool. I am in charge. And when I say I am in charge. I mean it in every sense. I see everything. And get rid of everything harmful. Weapons of destruction cannot eat from my industrious garden. When I took my seat of leadership. I did not take an oath to tolerate. I took an oath to protect. I came to get it right. I came with the right leadership skills. Problem solving. Active listening. Good communicator. And a lot of direction. I don’t lose my fruits. I don’t lose myself. I keep my focus. And that makes my leadership very effective. No one steals. No one encroaches illegally. And no one spies. Don’t play with my leadership. I know what I am doing.
