All the Way to The Top

Yes, it is my turn. And no one will stand in the way. I am going all the way to the top. At the pinnacle. I am very comfortable. In fact, that is who I am always. A leader of lucrative ventures. And I am returning to take up my rightful place. I belonged at the top from the beginning. I worked for that top seat. I earned it. And I know how to executive the duties of a top executive. A sharp business leader for that matter. My work speaks of excellence, professionalism, and integrity. I always begin my work from the bottom. And nurture it into remarkable success. I know the pressure at the top. That pressure matches my strength. I am built for things like those. Demanding things. Urgent things. Work for decision-makers. I have what decision-makers need. So yes. It is my turn to flourish. And I have no apologies.

I am coming for my seat. And I am not just coming. I am coming to sit on it well. And no one will force me out of that seat. Because I am the right owner. A few years back. Some people got scared that I was rising so fast. So they plotted to slow me down. But I am back. The training was good. It sharpened my tools. I am now sharper than I used to be ten years ago. I am stronger than I was three years ago. I have got a new toolkit altogether. I am well equipped. And I am ready to execute. Opposition or no opposition. My seat is at the top. Am meant to lead successful ventures. Ones that become generational. Ventures that transform lives. I have a goldmine ahead of me. And my duties at the top will involve excavating gold out of the goldmine. Not everyone knows how to manage a goldmine. Not everyone is equipped to muddy their hands.

Most people don’t know how to go deeper. They don’t know the exact location of the gold everyone wants. But I know the bedrock. And I will not be intimated by the richness of the bedrock. I will not be scared by the money. In fact, handling huge amounts of money is my specialty. I have been there before. I am not a novice when it comes to stewarding a big enterprise. I know how to run a successful business. I also know how to manage people. I know the role of a customer in an enterprise. I also know how to build a positive customer experience for my customers. I built loyalty out of my first customer. As a business leader. I take nothing for granted. I nurture relationships. I treat people with dignity. I value everyone at my workplace.  I run a business based on a specific vision. And I am an effective communicator.

Clarity is yet my other strength. I don’t work with speculations. I work with real facts based on market trends and research. At the top. I am not half-baked. I am a real business leader powered by vision, experience, and leadership skills that convert. The goldmine ahead will be very successful. I will make a lot of money. And a lot of people will share in my success. My hands are generational. If I can scare a few people by just being myself. I can also move a mountain out of my way. There is more in my purpose. And someone who knows the potential in my purpose panicked. The mere fact that people with petty egos panicked. And sought to eliminate me. Means my reign at the top is just beginning. You are yet to see my real potential. The world is yet to see what I can offer. Those that panicked came too early. What scared them a few years ago was just warmup.      

If warmup alone stirred a nasty attack. What would running a goldmine stir this time round? I am curious too. But intimidations like these are nothing to me. I don’t come from a timid bred. I am from the tribe of Joshua. A tribe of bold people. I read the whole instructions very carefully. And implement each one of them according to the instructor. I walk through distractions. But I never get distracted. My eyes are always focused on the mission. And on my second journey to the summit. I welcome all challengers. Try me this time round. And see what will happen. People with specific weaknesses (childhood trauma, mediocrity, petty egos, envy, low self-esteem, and idleness among others). Should direct their energies on those specific weaknesses. If you got a problem. Focus on solving it the right way. Don’t deflect by projecting your weaknesses in the progress of other people.

If I was rising at all. I was rising on merit. I had earned that promotion. It was my time to rise. The rise was within my purpose at that time. Yet, a fool thought he was so wise. That if only he could stop me. If only he could stop clients from buying from my shop. I would not get to the top. But that is human intelligence. In our own humanness. People think they are so clever to an extent that they can stop a life of another person. And walk away scot-free. But that is just how wrong a normal human being can be. Of course you can succeed at slowing or eliminating someone. But then, what next after the elimination? Do you rise to the top immediately? And even if you do. For how long will you stay there. Don’t be cheated dear reader. Life is not a straight line. Life is not about what you want. It is always about time and seasons.

Human Intelligence Misleads

Time and seasons have their owner. And that owner is not a human being. So deem yourself wise at your own risk. The mere fact you got distracted. And abandoned your duties does not make you wise. Things that you deflected from do not resolve themselves. If it was envy that motivated your actions. Envy will still be there. Hatred will still be there. Planning evil things towards other people based on jealousy does not amount to self-improvement. Envy does not end with eliminating a threat. In fact, it gets emboldened and begins to plan other grand plans to destroy more. One does not gain anything by killing a seed. Preventing someone from reaching their full potential is not a strategy. It is witchcraft disguised as wisdom. That is what you gain from human intelligence. Misinformation disguised as valuable information.

If the first instruction that guide human conduct described envy as wrong. It remains wrong even when you see misinformation as wisdom. When you are under the wrong influence. Wrong becomes right. Foolishness becomes wisdom. Evil becomes good. But get this. People are not your property. Human beings just as time and seasons have their owner. And you are not wiser than the owner. So plan as many evil things as you can. Run as fast as you can. Interfere with as many things as you can. But the truth remains. You got a problem. And unless you admit that sooner. It does not matter how many lives you destroy. The bad in you will not go away. The wrong influence does not just disappear. Wake up man. No one is smarter in this beautiful life that we all share.

So when I say. It is my turn to flourish. I really mean it. I am here to flourish. And I will flourish from the top whether someone is envious or not. I am one of those people who do the assignment. If you throw opposition at me. I learn from it. I don’t remain stuck. I work to find my way out. Finding the way out might take time. But I am a committed person. I rise from the pit. Stumble a bit. But then steady myself. And continue walking. Nobody can or will hold me back. It does not matter what means one uses. I am built for success. And I will always find success no matter the challenges. Turbulence, recession, and tempest might be strong enough. However, they don’t intimidate me. If my seat is always at the top. I will find that seat. I respect the purpose over my life more than battles. That is why I will flourish.
