Treachery

I have no idea why people are so comfortable with certain behaviors. Behaviors that point to limited integrity. Behaviors that normalize wrong things. People have become so comfortable with delivering substandard goods to the market and they don’t care. As long as, they make money. People have no problem creating solutions that do not solve the problem. They want the problem to persist. They want to create a fake opportunity for themselves. They want to continue stealing from innocent people. Perhaps the 21^st Century has an integrity problem. There are just so many people who are using treachery to make money. And while employing all these lies and methods that don’t deliver, they see no problem. Seeing no problem when you are doing something wrong is indeed, the problem. It is a problem because you are harming other people. You are making other people spend money on fake stuff. You are tricking people. You are committing fraud.     

You are stealing from unsuspecting people. You are making a fool out of people who have genuine needs. Consumers spend money because they want to solve their immediate needs. They have problems, which they want to fix. And they are going to the market to find their solutions. However, when they get to the market, they find fraudsters. People who want to play games with their needs. Throwing things that look like what consumers want. And since, a typical consumer has no knowledge of fake to genuine, people with an integrity problem are using this loophole to their advantage. They are stocking up substandard goods. They are selling harmful goods. Goods that will not solve the problem. They want to make a name using treachery. And they have no problem doing it during the day.

They are not hiding. And that is where the problem lies. People knowing that they are cheating. That they are earning money using wrong motives. They know they are not the best. They are not putting in the required effort to put out quality goods. Instead, they prefer short routes to the pocket. And they are proud of that. This is bad behavior. It needs to end. We need respect in society. Everyone works hard for his or her money. You cannot just be the one taking it away using fraud. We can do better as a society. There is nothing wrong with following best practices to create something. If, you are solving a real need in the market, you will still make your money. You will find buyers of your goods or services. You need to stop rushing through processes. If, a product or service require certain standards before it is ready, follow those standards.

Don’t Harm

Don’t harm other people knowingly. Don’t send substandard products to the market knowingly. Don’t think that you are smart. You are not smart. You have an integrity problem. And you need to realize it. You need to know that you are doing wrong. You need to recognize that you are being dishonest. And you need to stop this behavior. You need to work on your character and values. You cannot just be getting things wrong knowingly, and still proceed to present unqualified products to the market. You need to stop misbehaving. If, you want your name out there, work for it. Put in the right quality of work. Learn how to create genuine goods and products. Follow best practices laid out in your industry. Follow all procedures needed to produce a qualified product or good. You need to respect the customer. Stop abusing the customer.

Don’t be the reason other people are suffering. Don’t send substandard goods and services to the market. Farmers want to increase their yields. Don’t send wrong farm products to the market. Respect farmers. They are not playing around. They work hard for their money. Fix your character. Stop being okay with mediocrity. Create the right products. Follow verified ways to create your products. Stop cheating in your creation process. Use the right ingredients to create quality fertilizer for farmers. It cannot be always about the money. Earn your money the right way. Stop tricking consumers into spending their money on wrong products. Stop cloning your products to appear genuine. You know they are not genuine. And you don’t need a third party to tell you they are not genuine. Manage yourself. You can do better.

Consumers deserve better. Their money needs to be respected. Consumers are the difference in any given economy. And you cannot play with them. Just because you make decisions somewhere, does not mean that you abuse other people. You cannot think that way. You cannot nurture that kind of attitude. You cannot normalize fraud. Respect the customer. Bring genuine solutions to the market. People want genuine things. People will always buy as long as you are solving a genuine problem in the market. Don’t bring harm to the market. Don’t bring substandard to the customer. End your greediness. Your end does not justify the means. Your solutions are fake. You are masquerading as a genuine manufacturer. But you are not a manufacturer at all. You just want money. You want quick money. You think that consumers are fools. You think that you can get away with fraud. You have a problem. Wake up your mind. Wake up yourself. You need to stop being selfish.

Compromised

Don’t live your life compromised in every corner. You got to get one thing right. You got to fix your integrity. You need to stop normalizing bad behavior. Wrongs things are wrong things. Stop making them right. Stop making yourself right. Stop justifying your actions. They are wrong actions. Your actions are creating a lot of dissatisfactions. People are complaining. People are murmuring. Farmers are wondering why their yields have not improved. People who bought from you are surprised that their problems were not solved. They are surprised that they need to spend more money to solve the same problem. And you want to be okay with that? Causing other people to spend more money? Cost other people because you are selfish? You come on. Stop living compromised. You have an integrity problem.

Find solutions to your integrity issues. You cannot continue living like that. You cannot continue trading like that. You cannot be cheating like that. You need to start doing better. Start thinking better. Start doing what is right. Develop some standards that will make you accountable. Have some integrity. Learn how genuine businesses start and grow. Get to the ground. Get yourself dirty. Follow due process. Stop being a fraud. Learn to be a genuine person. Learn how to solve problems using the right solutions. Learn how to speak the truth. You cannot continue to see no problem by faking it. You need to start seeing a problem by sending wrong things to the market. You need to have a problem when other people suffer because of your actions. You need to be accountable to your customers. You need to protect your customers. You need to respect the consumer by stopping your deceptions. Earn money the right way.

Reduce integrity problem in society. People want to make progress. Don’t stand in their way with fake things. If, someone is willing to spend money on something, that something is important to him or her. Stop serving hot air to people. Get your hot air out of the market. Clear the hallway. Leave room for genuine businesses to trade. That is what people want. People want to solve their problems for sure. That is why they are spending money in the first place. Stop acting as though you are the smartest person on earth. There is nothing you are leveraging on by using deception to make money. Your behavior is criminal. You just haven’t been caught. And you will be caught. It does not matter how fast you can run. So, stop having integrity problems. Fix yourself. Clean up your acts. Learn the best business practices. End your integrity problems.
