the worst fear. It keeps people worried. Worried about things they cannot

what they think works for them. Only to aggravate situations. You don’t need
these extremes. Kill your fears. Silence the little voices that come up with
absurd ideas. Nothing is going to harm you. And you have to believe that. Nothing

nothing bad that is going to happen. Nothing will wipe the whole world out. Nothing
of that nature is going to happen.
Calm your mind down. The world is more secure than you think. The human brain has a tendency of generating some elements of fears. But those fears that the brain stimulates are meant to protect you. Not to make you nervous. Modern world is more structured than past eras. Several countries around the world have governments. These governments are meant to protect you. They are supposed to identify threats and prevent those threats. You got no business controlling circumstances. Leave these matters to the people that are best positioned to tackle them.
